A collaboration protocol was signed the 15th of February 2007 in order to reinforce the strategy of Castilla y León Business Internasionalisation Plan to access emerging markets, like India. The aim of the protocol is to encourage an open and reinforced cooperation between both institutions that represent India and Castilla y León policies on international cooperation and to foster commercial, scientific, training, economic and investment links.
To achieve this objective, the protocol includes some measures, like the organisation of joint activities (seminars, activities of trade promotion, activities of investment and international cooperation promotion between companies of both countries, etc.), information exchange, the performance of a yearly study on strategic fields and the fostering of initiatives that promote technological transfer.
