Signature of collaboration agreements with the Chinese regions of Tianjin, Xiaoshan and Jiaxing

The Regional Government carried out an institutional trip in July 2005 to three different Chinese areas in order to facilitate Castilla y León companies access to China and to attract potential investors. Three cooperation agreements were signed the 11th of November 2005 with the Tianjin municipality, the development area of Xiaoshan and the economic development area of Jiaxing.
The purpose of these agreements is to lay the foundations for a friendly cooperation relationship between Castilla y León and these three areas and to foster trade, scientific, training, economic and investment bonds. Particularly focusing on the commercial, technology and productive investments fields, establishing operations, R&D centres, and new companies as well as organising trade missions and research business visits.
