Administrative and Management Support
Through the implementation of these action lines, ADEuropa Foundation aims to collaborate with companies and organizations from Castilla y León, undertaking the monitoring of those European projects they are taking part in, and providing solutions and support for the problems that may arise during the development of the projects.
Among these actions are:
- Support in the negotiation process of projects with the European Commission, in those activities related to the signing of consortium agreements and contracts and those related to the drawing up of necessary documentation.
- Support in administrative management and budgetary procedures.
- Support in technical issues related to project management and communication.
