Pilot training programme for managers of R&D & innovation projects
The increase of participation in European programmes by the public and private regional institutions requires human resources that are specialised in the development of tasks related to proposal drawing-up and project management.
ADEuropa Foundation will carry out a pilot training programme for R&D & innovation project managers in collaboration with other regional agents.
This activity will involve the training of a limited number of project managers that will be incorporated into companies and institutions in Castilla y León.
This measure will have a double impact: on the one hand, it will contribute to the increase of funds obtained by companies in European and international programmes, and, on the other hand, it will serve as a catalyst on ADEuropa Foundation's actions aimed at the entrepreneurial sector of Castilla y León.
