INFORMATION ON BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

The Area of International Cooperation provides an online information service through the Assortis platform on business opportunities in multilateral institutions. This is part of the individualized information service for companies being carried out by ADEuropa as part of the Multilateral Institutions programme, with the aim of providing companies in Castilla y León the information and tools of access to business opportunities that emerge in the leading Multilateral Institutions.

Through its subscription to the Assortis Platform, ADEuropa provides Castilla y León companies the following services:

  • Notification by e-mail of tenders and expressions of interest.
  • Business intelligence on short lists published and contracts awarded on the same day they are published of more than 14 multilateral agencies to which ADEuropa is a subscriber.
  • Daily information with:
    • New tenders (including a complete description of the project).
    • List of companies on the short list and with contracts.
  • Access to the database with the following information:
    • Listing of tenders that are open, closed and tender opportunities.
    • Information on more than 30,000 companies that have made it to the short list and that have been awarded a contract somewhere in the world (including complete details on the contract).

Information shall refer to the following agencies, countries and business sectors.

  5. AECI- Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional [ Spanish Agency for International Development ].

  7. IAPSO- Inter-Agency procurement Services Office.
  8. IFAD- International Fund for Agricultural Development.
  9. UN- United Nations.
  10. UNDP- United Nations Development Programme.
  11. UNESCO- United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation.
  12. UNICEF- United Nations Children's Fund.
  13. UNIDO- United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
  14. UNOPS- United Nations Office for Project Services.

The duration of the service for inscribed companies is 13 months, starting on 1 September 2008.
